I have been with Chantal for the past eight years, and I trust them completely. I refuse to use any other mortgage broker because of their honesty and transparency. Especially if you lack knowledge in this area, they always provide advice in your best interest, truly protecting their clients—and that is rare. Not only that, but during particularly stressful periods, they go above and beyond, coordinating between sellers and solicitors, offering a helping hand when needed, and acting incredibly fast! Chris assisted us with our first mortgage in Feb 2025. The process was very fast, clear and concise and we were kept very much in the loop. Chris was very informative; answering all questions clearly while being very transparent about the whole process. From showing us all the tables of mortgages to walking us through all the fees associated including where he was making his money. Chris and Alfie were very good and professional and also lovely, approachable and charasmatic. They made the whole process a breeze and always kept us informed, elevating any stress. Congratulations.... that's what everyone says when you pick up the keys to your new home. People forget that moving is one of the most stressful times and that the road to those new keys is not always clear. For me Trudi made the road to moving as straight forward as possible. She talked me through my options and gave me good solid advice, the mortgage rates were up and down but Trudi made this process painless. Trudi got the mortgage arranged and those new keys were after many months of viewings, in my hands. This is the usual route but after signing the paperwork a close family member became very unwell which prompted a change of heart for my new location and I once again found myself longing to be closer to family. What happens when the dream becomes a nightmare situation.... Trudi was amazing. She listened to my concerns multiple times, again she discussed my options with me. The change in direction saw me moving twice in 10 months and the whole time I felt reassured that Trudi could be contacted for advice. I would recommend Trudi and the team at mortgage scout completely. I never had a question too silly or a concern too big. I will be coming back to Trudi and mortgage scout when my fixed rate ends because they think of the bigger picture beyond the new home cards and those new keys.

We were a bit skeptical when we first started working with Josh, as we had bad experiences with different mortgage advisors. However, Josh impressed us with his professional advice and services. He is very responsive, even after we paid the fee. We had experiences where people took the money and never got back to us, even for small inquiries. But Josh was different. The buying process is very tedious, and sometimes you just need someone to answer a simple question straight away—not wait for days. If that’s what you’re looking for, Josh is your guy!
