Honest & Straightforward Mortgage Advice

Mortgage Scout were recommended to me by my estate agent when buying my first property. As a first time buyer I was not familiar with the process of finding a mortgage lender and what documents were required etc. Adrian Jewell was helpful in explaining what was required to me and assisting me in finding a lender to suit my needs. He was supported by Alan Wallaker, who was very helpful in explaining how the process was going and what needed to be done. Although the whole buying process ended up taking longer than I wanted, Adrian was constantly around pushing for information to try and move things along from the solicitor side and quickly replied to any queries I had.

They were incredibly patient throughout the process, taking the time to answer all our questions (No matter how big or small) and made sure we understood every step clearly. These guys are great: they get in touch in the months leading up to the mortgage renewal and are flexible about when they can meet. After having a chat with the advisor, I had regular phone calls to be updated about what was happening with interest rates, and then locked it in at the best time.
